If you’ve ever seen me coaching, or working out, you’ve also seen me dance quite a bit. I’m a little obsessed with my music when it comes to training. I have a workout playlist of about 300 songs now, but here are 10 songs I’ve been hooked on lately to help me get through a tough functional training, or CrossFit workout. There is zero common theme in my song choices; they are just songs that allow me not to think and find that dark place when I’m training.
