Contributor of the week: Nazaneen

The workouts that I do while playing these songs is mostly cardio - lunges, push-ups, crunches, planks, mountain climbers, jumping jacks etc. Each of these songs are pretty upbeat because I need to pump myself up while working out and these songs do that for me. They also make me want to get up and dance which is another bonus. There is no way I can workout properly while listening to something like 'My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion.' A lot of these songs also have something to do with body or moving, like 'Feeling Myself' or 'Fade' - after I saw Teyana Taylor's body in the music video for this song, I got my butt up the next day and worked out even harder.
