Music Mondays: Marianne

I’ve been racking my brain for months trying to make a workout playlist with songs that sync perfectly with my running stride. I even find myself ditching the treadmill if I can’t find a song that paces me to run with the beat. But with the help of some romantic comedies and early 2000’s throwbacks, I’ve managed to find a handful of songs that are perfect for cardio, lifting weights and dance breaks in between (I mean, Beyonce is in this playlist twice).

For those who like a mix of alternative rock, The Black Eyed Peas and pump up dance tracks, these songs are a great combination to spice up any form of exercise. And if you’re wondering if dancing in front of your bedroom mirror is a workout, the #healthyishott girls definitely approve.
