KITCHEN VIRGINS: Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups

Think of these as healthy Reese's Cups. This is probably the easiest thing I've made thus far as it only requires 2 ingredients - almond butter and dark chocolate (I used a whole bar of PC 70% dark chocolate).

You melt almond butter in a microwave safe bowl and then you melt the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Find some pretty mini muffin liners and put them in a mini muffin pan. Fill the bottom half of each space with melted chocolate then top it with the almond butter. Use whatever's left of the chocolate to cover the almond butter.

The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for these to freeze - take them out of the freezer after about an hour and put them in a container (or eat them all) to store in the fridge. You really only need one because it's so rich. I'm giving these a 10/10.
