Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

Okay, this chia pudding absolutely changed the game for me.

If you’re craving something sweet, chocolatey, healthy & high-protein for breakfast, this Chocolate Protein Chia pudding is definitely for you!

Although the protein element isn't derived from natural food sources (I used AllMax Chocolate protein powder), this bowl tasted sooooo good that I ain't even complaining. The chocolate protein mixed with cocoa powder just makes this bowl taste SO incredibly rich and delicious. You won't even believe this is 34 grams of protein per bowl!

I'll be honest, this is probably the best pudding I've ever had - let alone protein pudding, and I really hope you guys love it too! (Recipe available below!)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 c. unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tbsp. natural cocoa powder

  • 1 - 2 tsp. stevia

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender, pulse all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Place mixture in a storage container and place in fridge to set.

  3. Mix with a whisk or fork every 20-30 minutes for approx 2 hours until mixture thickens.

  4. Pour into a bowl & top with berries, some shredded coconut, nuts or any of your fave toppings!
