Kitchen Virgins: Simple Cinnamon Granola
One thing that I’ve learned since attempting leading a healthier lifestyle is that store bought granola ain’t cheap. Thankfully there’s a little something called Pinterest that blessed me (and now you) with the simplest recipe.
Here’s what you need:
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
Preheat your oven to 350 and stir all of your ingredients in a bowl. Then spread the granola evenly into a sheet pan and throw it into the oven for 10-15 minutes. Take the pan out (remember your gloves), toss the granola and throw it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Put those gloves back on and remove the pan from the oven.
Voila! You should now have some crispy tasty granola. I love eating it on its own, or mixing it with almond milk, or even with some fruit and yogurt. 10/10 for this gem.
