What is a RESET?

When I talk about needing a reset, I’m not recommending any sort of “diet”. Resetting the body is not a “quick fix” solution to achieve some sort of aesthetic goal. A reset is simply just a structured way of eating that encourages the consumption of more nourishing, whole foods and eliminating the foods that cause the most inflammation in the diet - such as processed sugar, gluten, lactose, caffeine, sodium, etc.

By eliminating these foods for a set period of time, you’ll be able to give your body a break from all of the substances that give your body the most stress, which will help to reset your digestive system and allow you to feel like the healthiest, happiest and best version of yourself possible once again.
