My Go-To Morning Smoothie
One of my favourite things to have in the morning is a smoothie. It wakes me up and keeps me full for a good amount of time before my next meal. Developing the perfect smoothie has taken me a long time and the one I’m going to share with you is my favourite!
½ a cup of frozen strawberries
½ a cup of frozen blueberries
A handful of spinach
A scoop of collagen powder
About 8oz of coconut milk or any liquid of choice
2 ice cubes to add thickness thickness
Add a handful or so of spinach, collagen, frozen fruits, and ice cubes into the blender
Blend until desired thickness
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
