Vanessa is a Humber College Public Relations student, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She started her fitness journey in high-school as a cheerleader and competitive soccer player. After struggling for years to find balance and failing at stress-management Vanessa has found fitness, nutrition, health and wellness as a way to clear her mind and stay positive. She places emphasis on not just exercising the body but also the mind – regularly practicing stoicism and spirituality. Her mission is to spread this positivity to others by making both mental and physical health something to celebrate!
