She doesn’t believe in diets, she believes in menus. She believes there’s 7 billion menus for 7 billion people, and each “menu” is going to be individualized to you!

 

Julie also recommends to avoid what you’re allergic to. And in fact, some of these allergies might be to “superfoods”, and we have to accept that those foods won’t be on our menus. Inflammation is in the background of every major disease on the planet, and nutrition plays a HUGE role in mediating or exacerbating inflammation.
